For 30 years, Kinji has helped families and small businesses accumulate, protect, and transfer wealth — combining accounting, tax planning, financial advising, and estate planning under one roof. A licensed financial advisor, Kinji has served on the Finance Committee of the Southeast Delco School District board and was honored by the City of Philadelphia with a Mayor's Day of Service award.

Mrs. Chrisheena Ridley, M.Ed. better known as “The Butterfly Queen” is a Certified Christian Life Coach, Educational Consultant & Mentor as well as the Founder of I See You Mentoring, a local Nonprofit in Delaware County PA.
Chrisheena has her B.A. in Psychology from Neumann University and her Master’s in Counseling in Education from Wilmington University.
She’s served in numerous Executive positions including the President of Operations for the Delco Sports Club, the parent organization of the Delco Desperados Professional Basketball team of the American Basketball Association.
Chrisheena wants everyone she comes into contact with to feel confident enough to live a life of purpose on purpose & to be reminded that God Sees Them!

Ms. Ramona Boyd has over 35 years of corporate experience as an administrator for one of the largest insurance companies in America. She has also served as an administrative assistant for numerous other organizations from non-profits to churches.
Ramona became the caregiver of her elderly parents and developed a passion for helping those in need. From this passion, she Founded Agape Love Caregiving Services; a local non-profit that supports the caregiver.
Ramona believes in service to others and attention to detail. So much so, she started her own accessory business called Bedazzle Gems where her slogan is Dare to Be Different!
